Mumbai: Healthium Medtech has rebranded its arthroscopy business from SIRONIX Arthroscopy to ‘SIRONIX Orthopedics’ as it sets sight on the growing orthopedic landscape.

The medical devices company said the new identity reflects SIRONIX’s ambition to address a wider range of specialty orthopedic care while building on its established expertise in arthroscopy and sports medicine.

“The global orthopedic device market is experiencing strong growth and is projected to reach USD 68 billion by 2030. With this momentum, the rebranding of SIRONIX reflects the strategic vision to strengthen its market presence and capitalize on emerging growth opportunities,” it added citing a Markets and Markets report from March 2025.

Healthium is set to introduce four new portfolios under the new identity. These include SIRONIX Sportsmed, continuing its leadership on sports medicine, SIRONIX Regen focusing on solutions supporting tissue regeneration and joint preservation.

As well as, SIRONIX Recon addressing joint reconstruction and restoration of mobility and SIRONIX Tech which brings technology-led solutions focused on surgical planning, navigation and advanced surgical capabilities.

Gaurav Goel, Chief Executive Officer and Managing Director, Healthium Medtech Limited, said, “As the market evolves, we see an opportunity to build on this foundation and participate more meaningfully across the broader orthopedic landscape. The transition to SIRONIX Orthopedics reflects that ambition and marks an important step in the evolution of the business. It positions us to pursue new opportunities, strengthen our presence across orthopedics and build a business that is equipped for the next phase of growth.”
